Recreation's Fitness & Well-being

Welcome to Trinity College's Fitness and Well-being program. Recreation at Trinity College is dedicated to providing the community with enriching opportunities that improve the mental, emotional and physical well-being of our members. One way we do this is through group fitness classes.

We are excited to announce to the Trinity community that all group fitness classes are free. All students, faculty and staff are welcome to join us at no cost. 

We currently are offering classes in the following areas:

  1. Yoga
  2. ZUMBA
  3. Barre
  4. Spinning (Trin-cycle)
