Zack Grady joined the Trinity coaching staff in the spring of 2018 after two falls with Wheaton College. While on the Lyons' staff, Grady helped coach three All-New England players, three New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) All-Conference First Team players, and the 2016 Rookie of the Year.  Grady worked under friend and mentor Matt Cushing at Wheaton until he passed, and then took on running the day-to-day aspects of the program while working with Wheaton's interim head coach Michael Coven, formerly of Brandeis University. Grady also coaches for Liverpool International Academy CT/MA, primarily running clinics for the club, and leads the College Pathway Program which aids in player development.

Grady played soccer at Williams College, appearing in two NCAA Final Four games. He led the NESCAC in goals during his senior year and was named to the All-NESCAC squad and All-New England squad. Grady earned his bachelor's degree from Williams in history and has a master's degree in applied sports psychology from St. Mary's University in London. He also owns his Advanced National Diploma from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA).  Grady plays in the Cape Cod Amateur Soccer League for the Nauset Storm.
