Hartford, Conn. - The 10th Bantam of the Week of the 2019 fall season has been selected thanks to his strong performance on the football field. With just one Trinity team playing last week, senior quarterback Jordan Vazzano (Trumbull, Conn.) has been named as the lone Bantam of the Week.
Each week, the Trinity athletics website will spotlight outstanding student-athletes as the Bantams of the Week. Student-athletes may be chosen based upon their efforts both on and off the field of competition from the previous week.
Vazzano came off the bench at halftime and threw for 195 yards and three touchdowns, as Trinity nearly came back from a 21-0 third-quarter deficit in a 28-20 setback against Wesleyan. Vazzano finished 6-for-10 passing and threw for touchdowns of 21, 71, and 29 yards.
