Hartford, Conn. – The Trinity College spring athletic teams placed 83 student-athletes on the New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) 2020 Spring All-Academic Team, as announced by the league on Thursday. To be honored, an individual must have reached sophomore academic standing, and be in good standing in their sport with a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.50 or equivalent on a 4.0 scale. Transfers must have completed one year of study at the institution.
Of the 1,113 NESCAC student-athletes to grace the team, 48 Bantams made the team for the first time. Trinity saw 35 athletes who have already earned the honor in previous seasons; 17 of which made the All-Academic Team in all three years of eligibility.
