  • Trinity Men's Rowers Receive Post-Season Recognition For Academics And Sportsmanship

    Hartford, Conn. - Trinity College men's rowing senior tri-captain Abby Hart (Chester, Vt.), junior tri-captain Jack Reid (Deerfield, N.H.), and sophomores Aidan Lee (Cambrodge, Mass.) and Peter Teel (Cumberland, R.I.) were each named to the National Invitational Rowing Championships (NIRC) All-Academic Team.
  • Trinity Spring Student-Athletes Named To NESCAC All-Academic Team

    Hartford, Conn. – The Trinity College spring athletic teams placed 65 student-athletes on the New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) 2019 Spring All-Academic Team, as announced by the league on Friday. To be honored, an individual must have reached sophomore academic standing and be in good standing on their team with a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.50. A transfer student must have completed one year of study at the institution.

    Hartford, Conn. - With the 2018-19 academic year behind us and commencement set for Sunday, this year's 34th Bantams of the Week have been named, thanks to their strong performances on the track and field and in the water. Women's track and field junior Devan Walsh (Danvers, Mass.) and the men's rowing open four have been named as the Bantams of the Week.

    Hartford, Conn. - Trinity College senior Paul Swetz (Waban, Mass.), junior Jack Reid (Deerfield, N.H.) and sophomore Tyler Sommerville (North Salt Lake, Utah) were named to the 2019 New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) Men's Rowing All-Conference First Team while senior Abby Hart (Chester, Vt.) and sophomore Nicholas Filosa (New York, N.Y.) were named to the Second Team.

    Hartford, Conn. - Four former alumni of the Trinity College men's and women's rowing teams were selected to the 2018 World Rowing Championship Roster and competed at the event this month. John Graves '10 and Alexander Loy '15 of the men's program and Jillian Zeiff '14 and Jen Sager '16 were selected among the 72-person roster that represented the United States at the 2018 World Rowing Championships this month in Plovdiv, Bulgaria.
