Men's Squash Falls at Top-Ranked Harvard in Regular Season Finale

Hartford, Conn. - The Trinity College men's squash team fell to the top-ranked Harvard Crimson, 8-1, on Wednesday afternoon at the Murr Squash Center in Cambridge. The Bantams, ranked No. 2 (tied) in the country, fall to 14-2 on the year and lose for the first time in nine matches. Harvard improves to 11-0 overall. Trinity wraps up regular season play ahead of the Potter Trophy National Championships which begin on February 15th at Yale. 

Senior Nku Patrick (San Fernando, Trinidad) earned the lone Bantam point with a hard fought, 3-2 triumph at the No. 9 spot. Patrick won the first two games to take a 2-0 lead before yielding games three and four to his counterpart. Patrick held steady though, coming away with a 13-11 win in the deciding fifth set to earn the point.
