Trinity Men's Squash Eases Into NESCAC Finals For 13th-Straight Time

Middlebury, Vt. - The Trinity College Bantams advanced to their 13th consecutive New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) Men's Squash Championship Finals this afternoon with victories over the Colby College Mules and the Bates College Bobcats at Middlebury College's Bostwick Family Center.  Trinity, ranked No. 2 in the nation and seeded No. 1 in the tournament, improves to 13-1 and will face either No. 2-seeded Middlebury or No. 3-seeded Williams tomorrow at noon in the finals.  Seniors Mudit Pant (Ghaziabad, India) and Patrick O'Sullivan (Glasgow, Scotland) and first-years Martin Rios (Granite Bay, Calif.) and Aly Tolba (Alexandria, Va.) each won twice by 3-0 scores, as the Bantams blanked Colby, 3-0, in the quarterfinals and bounced Bates, 8-1, in the semifinals.
