Trinity Men's Squash Shuts Out No. 5-Ranked Drexel

Philadelphia, Pa. - Six Bantams posted 3- wins, as the visiting Trinity College Bantams completed a three-day, three-match swing down the Eastern Seaboard with a 9-0 victory over the No. 5-ranked Drexel University Dragons in men's squash action this afternoon at the Kline & Specter Center.  No. 2-ranked Trinity, which won at George Washington and Navy Tuesday and Wednesday, respectively, improves to 8-0  The Dragons fall to 5-3 with their first loss in four matches.  

Trinity was not challenged below No. 4 on the ladder, but senior Michael Craig (Belfast, Northern Ireland) and Thoboki Mohohlo (Johannesburg, South Africa) and rookie Miko Aijanen (Jarvenpaa, Finland) each had to battle through five games for 3-2 wins. Aijanen's victory came against last season's No. 31-ranked player, Dylan Kachur, at the top of the linup.  Trinity hosts No. 7-ranked Rochester in its next match on Tuesday at noon.
