AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2017-2018: Earned All-New England indoor honors for his sixth-place time of 8:38.23 in the 3,000-meter run...received All-New England indoor honors for his second-place time of 14:50.58 in the 5,000-meter run...won the NESCAC title in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 15:03.82...earned All-New England Outdoor honors with a second-place time of 14:50.58 in the 5,000-meter run...won the mile run in both the Smith Invitational and the Massassoit Invitational at Springfield and the the 3,000-meter run in the Wesleyan Indoor Invitational...won the 1,500-meter run at both the Trinity Invitational and the Wesleyan Outdoor Invitational and the 5,000-meter run at both the Coast Guard Invitational and the MIT Outdoor Invitational..posted Trinity's top indoor time of 8:33.97 in the 3,000-meter run.
AS A FIRST-YEAR IN 2016-17: Earned All-New England outdoor honors with an eighth-place finish in the 5,000-meter run...finished 11th overall and fifth among NCAA Division III runners in the 5,000-meter run at the New England Open Outdoor Championships...finished 6th in the 5,000-meter run in the NESCAC Championships...won the mile run at the Smith College Winter Classic...ran a leg of Trinity's winning 4x800-meter relay in the Trinity Invitational...posted Trinity's top time in the mile run (4:29.00), the 1,500-meter run (3:57.71), and the outdoor 5,000-meter run (14:53.43).
BEFORE TRINITY: Three-time all-league honoree, an All-Western Mass. selection, and won a league 3,000-meter championship and the Eastern/Western Massachusetts 3,200-meter championship for his high school team that won a league title...also ran cross country and played soccer in high school.
