Trinity Men's Indoor Track And Field Competes In Wesleyan Invitational

Hartford, Conn. - First-year Abel Ngala (New York, N.Y.) finished fourth in the long jump and fifth in the triple jump, as the Trinity College Bantams competed in the Wesleyan University Men's Indoor Track and Field Invitational at Bacon Field House this afternoon.  Ngala posted a distance of 20'09.25" in the long jump and 41'02.25" in the triple jump, while Trinity senior captain Ben Feola (Woodbridge, Conn.) added a fourth-place time of 52.51 in the 400-meter dash. Other top performances for the Bantams included a sixth-place distance of 46'11.50" in the weight throw by senior Kevin Oleskiewicz (Simsbury, Conn.) and an eighth-place time of 1:27.95 by sophomore Erkin Verbeek (Bethesda, Md.) in the 600-meter run.
