    Hartford, Conn. – The Trinity College men's and women's cross country teams have announced their joint schedule for the upcoming 2019 season. Both teams will once again begin their fall campaigns at the annual Trinity Invitational at Wickham Park in Manchester, Connecticut on September 7.

It became something that I did not want to give up when I went to college. With an honest look at my times, it was clear that I was not going to get a scholarship to run on a Division I cross country or track team. I met with a handful of different Division III coaches from various leagues in the New England region and I knew immediately that Trinity and the NESCAC were where I wanted to be.

  • Trinity Fall Student-Athletes Earn NESCAC All-Academic Honors

    Hartford, Conn. – The Trinity College winter athletic teams placed 44 student-athletes on the New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) 2018 Fall All-Academic Team.  To be honored, an individual must have reached sophomore academic standing, and be in good standing in their sport with a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.50 or equivalent on a 4.0 scale. Transfers must have completed one year of study at the institution.

    Hartford, Conn. - Trinity College junior Ace McAllister (Great Barrington, Mass.) was named to the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) New England All-Regional Men's Cross Country Team for his outstanding performance in the NCAA Division III Regional Championship Meet at Bowdoin College over the weekend.

    Brunswick, Maine - Junior Ace McAlister (Great Barrington, Mass.) posted a 22nd-place time of 25:43.92 to lead the Trinity College Bantams to 12th-place in the team standings at the NCAA Division III New England Regional Men's Cross Country Championship Meet at Bowdoin College this afternoon.

    Westfield, Mass. - Rookie Tim Lautenbach (Weston, Conn.) and senior Joseph Ruggiero (Manchester, Conn.) both finished in the top-ten to lead the Trinity College men's cross country squad to a first place finish at the James Earley Invitational on Saturday, hosted by Westfield State.

Senior field hockey co-captain Chandler Solimine (Pelham, N.Y.) and junior men's cross country harrier Ace McAlister (Great Barrington, Mass.) have been named as the Bantams of the Week.

    North Dartmouth, Mass. - Junior Ace McAlister (Great Barrington, Mass.) finished third with a time of 24:56.09 to lead the Trinity College Bantams to a fifth-place finish at the UMass-Dartmouth Men's Cross Country Invitational this afternoon.

    Manchester, Conn. - Junior Ace McAlister (Great Barrington, Mass.), junior Timothy Bogomolov (Lynn, Mass.) and rookie Tim Lautenbach (Weston, Conn.) finished first, second and fourth, respectively, to lead the way for the Trinity College men's cross country team at the Trinity Invitational at Wickham Park on Saturday to open the 2018 season. The Bantams totaled 22 points, 20 more than second place Westfield State, to bring home the victory.

  • Trinity College Track And Field Programs Shuffle Coaching Roles

    Hartford, Conn. – George Suitor has stepped aside from his role as Trinity College Head Men and Women’s Track and Field Coach after 26 seasons, and John Michael Mason, Trinity’s associate head coach since 2016, will assume head coaching duties for Track & Field. Suitor will remain the Trinity Head Men’s and Women’s Cross Country Coach and with the track and field program as an assistant coach for the distance and middle-distance runners.
