Brittany Sarnese begins her second season as Trinity College's head women’s golf coach in 2019-20. Sarnese is the first head coach in the history of the young Bantam program, which became the 14th Division III school in New England and first Division III school in Connecticut to sponsor the sport last fall. Sarnese guided Trinity to sixth of seven teams in Trinity's first-ever NESCAC Championship Tournament in 2019.
Sarnese, currently in her fifth season as an assistant softball coach at Trinity, is a 2012 graduate of Brandeis University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in studio art and starred for the Judges’ softball squad. She also owns a master’s degree from Trinity in American Studies. She was also both an assistant softball coach for one year and the interim head coach at her alma mater in 2014-15.
