Hartford, Conn. - The Trinity College women's rowing team, led by Head Coach Heather Barney (3rd Season), has announced its schedule for the 2019 spring semester. After a successful fall, highlighted by having the fastest Division III boat in the collegiate fours race at the Head of the Charles Regatta and finishing 10th at the Head of the Fish Regatta, Trinity will take to the water seven times this spring.
The Bantams kick off the month of March when the team travels to Boston, Massachusetts to compete at Simmons in a race also featuring Bates and MIT on March 30th. In April, the team will travel back to Boston to race versus Coast Guard at Tufts University (4/6), before a meet at Worcester Tech on April 14th featuring Bates, Rochester Tech, and Wellesley. Trinity returns to the water a week later, on April 27th, for a day of racing at Assumption College against the Amherst Mammoths and Jefferson University to close out the month of April.
Trinity opens the final month of the season on May 4th at the New England Rowing Championships in Worcester before returning to the same water just eight days later for the National Invitational Regatta Championships (5/12).
