Trinity Women's Squash Takes Down Stanford

New Haven, Conn. - The Trinity College women's squash team kept things rolling with its third win in five days and its 14th victory in a row, as the Bantams downed the No. 8-ranked Stanford University Cardinal, 8-1, at Yale University this afternoon.  2014 College Squash Association (CSA) Howe Cup Champion Trinity, currently ranked No. 3 in the nation but poised to jump to No. 1 after defeating top-ranked Pennsylvania, 5-4, in Philadelphia on Wednesday, improves to 9-0.

Trinity won the top-eight slots by 3-0 scores, as senior co-captain Ashley Tidman (Lamor-Plage, France) and sophomore Alexia Echeverria (Bogota, Colombia) allowed under 10 total points at the No. 3 and No. 8 positions, respectively.
