Women's Squash Handles Yale Easily

Hartford, Conn. - The No. 3-ranked Trinity College women's squash team crushed the Yale University Bulldogs, 8-1, on Wednesday night at the Kellner Squash Center in Hartford. Trinity wins its fourth in a row to improve to 10-1 while Yale, ranked No. 4 in the country, falls to 5-3 overall. 

Trinity won just two matches via sweep as junior Salma Alam El Din (Cairo, Egpyt) and first-year Nadiia Usenko (Kiev, Ukraine) both won 3-0, at the No. 3 and No. 7 spots in the lineup, respectively. The Bantams swept the first wave to take an early 3-0 lead before cruising the rest of the way. Yale picked up its lone point at the No. 8 spot as Nikita Joshi (Mumbai, India) came away with a 3-0 victory.
