Trinity Women's Squash Advances To 14th-Straight NESCAC Finals Without Much Trouble

Middletown, Conn. - First-year Nanna Carleke (Karlskrona, Sweden) dominated both her matches with 3-0 wins by a combined score of 66-22, as the Trinity College Bantams advanced to their 14th-consecutive New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) Women's Squash Championship Finals with 9-0 victories over the Bowdoin College Polar Bears and the Middlebury College Panthers this afternoon at Wesleyan University.  Trinity, which has won the conference title easily in all 13 of years of its existence, will face Williams College in the NESCAC Finals tomorrow at noon.  Seven of Trinity's nine players won twice by 3-0 scores and none of the 18 individual matches went five games.
