Springfield, Mass. - The Trinity College women's track and field team competed at the Springfield College Triangle Classic on Saturday afternoon. The Bantams saw a handful of solid performances ahead of next weekend's New England Division III Championships at Bowdoin College.
Senior Morgan Hallow (Charlotte, N.C.) won the 200-meter dash with a finals time of 25.86 and posted the only sub-minute finish in the 400, winning that race in 58.04. Fellow senior Katie Lazur (East Hanover, N.J.) added a third-place finish in the 400 as well as the 60. Senior co-captain Lauren Barrett (Peabody, Mass.) won the 3k, dusting the field with a 10:36.21 finish while first-year Bridget McKiernan (Providence, R.I.) and sophomore Julia Burdulis (Hopkinson, Mass.) went 3-4, respectively, in the 800-meter dash.
