Trinity Volleyball Supporting Hands On Hartford At Tuesday Night's Match Against Mitchell

Hartford, Conn. - The Trinity College volleyball team will be supporting Hands on Hartford, a nonprofit organization that serves Hartford's neediest residents in the areas of food, housing, and health, at its home match against Mitchell College on Tuesday, September 24 at 7 p.m.  The team is asking that fans bring a non-perishable food item to be collected at the match.  Trinity volleyball, coached by Jen Bowman (16th Season), is currently 4-5 overall and 0-2 in the New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) after a 3-1 setback at Hamilton on Saturday.

Hands On Hartford, in partnership with others, strengthens community in Hartford by responding faithfully to people in need through programs that change lives and renew human possibility.  Founded in 1969 as Center City Churches, the agency has had a longstanding commitment to providing respectful, comprehensive services with help from volunteers and community partnerships.
